KOCH To Distribute Paroli Records For US Launch
(Port Washington, New York)--August 18, 2003—KOCH Entertainment Distribution, the leading independent distributor of music, video and DVD, announced today an exclusive distribution deal with Paroli Records, a full-service label based in Munich, Germany headed by musician and producer, Leslie Mandoki. Paroli has just launched its US headquarters in New York and plans to expand its product line to North America. Under this agreement, KOCH will distribute all catalog and forthcoming releases.
Paroli releases via KOCH Entertainment Distribution include ‘24 Hours a Night’ by singer/songwriter Masha on October 21st and ‘Soulmates’, a collaboration uniting legends in both rock and jazz-fusion performing original material, for release on November 11th. Musicians on ‘Soulmates’ include Ian Anderson, Jack Bruce, Al DiMeola, David Clayton-Thomas, Bobby Kimball, Chris Thompson, Michael Brecker, Randy Brecker, Anthony Jackson, Bill Evans and more. A television special will be filmed and sold together as a DVD/CD package for release in early 2004. Paroli is anticipating between 15 and 20 releases for 2004 that will include pop, rock and special market projects from the US and Europe.
