(April 30, 2015 -- Port Washington, NY) Entertainment One (eOne) has completed a new deal with premiere blues label Ruf Records to distribute the company’s future U.S. and Canadian releases. Based in Germany and owned by Thomas Ruf. Ruf Records is known for pushing boundaries in the blues genre with various sounds like rock, jazz and funk and giving their artists room to expand their creativity.

Ruf Records recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary with a double CD collection of its acclaimed past and present roster. The label has released over 120 titles, and has received several Grammy nominations and Blues Music Awards.
Ruf Records will soon release the following titles under this new deal: “Don’t Look Back,” the new album by Royal Southern Brotherhood (feat. the legendary Cyril Neville), produced by Tom Hambridge, on June 9; young guitarist Samantha Fish’s Luther Dickinson-produced “Wild Heart,” on July 7; and the newest installment in the label’s acclaimed live CD/DVD series Songs From The Road, a live album by the Spin Doctors on June 23.
Other current artists on the roster are Mike Zito, Devon Allman, Dana Fuchs, Coco Montoya, Albert Castiglia and Savoy Brown, among others.
