LOGGING IN TO THE SITE
After entering the eOne B2B site, you will be required to enter your user ID
and password to gain access to the various features.
Enter your user ID and password and click on "LOGIN". If you enter a valid ID
and password, the MAIN MENU will appear. If you receive an error message
"INVALID LOGIN - TRY AGAIN" be sure to check that you entered the correct user
ID and password that you were provided with. If you verify that you entered the
correct information and you still receive an error message, contact Tech
Support for more assistance.
PROBLEMS VIEWING CRYSTAL REPORTS?
Do you have www.eoneb2b.com set up as your Trusted site?
Open Internet Explorer and log into eOne B2B website.
Access "Options" from "Tools" menu ([Alt] [T] [O]).
Click on the "Security" tab Select the "Trusted sites" icon Click on the "Sites" button.
Make sure that "Require server verification" checkbox is UNCHECKED.
In the "Add this website to the zone" textbox enter:
http://*.eoneb2b.com and press "Add" button.
Press "Close" button.
Press "OK" button to close Internet Options.
Try to open a crystal report, it should prompt you to install the viewer.
If you have IE9 click the Compatibility View button in the Address bar when viewing a crystal report.
When displayed, this button appears to the left of the Refresh button and contains an image of a broken piece of paper.
This enables Compatibility View for all documents in the domain of the website being viewed.
The Catalog Search feature is available to all users who enter the site. Click
on this option to search the entire eOne catalog. You will need to refine the
search by entering or selecting the criteria in the various fields.
"SEARCH CRITERIA" - Enter any part of the artist's name, title, label name,
catalog #, UPC # or specific keywords that may relate to your search.
"SELECT GENRE" - Select either "POP" , "CLASSICAL" or "VIDEO" to refine your
search. Select "ALL" to search the entire eOne catalog.
"SELECT SUB-GENRE" - A "SUB-GENRE" refers to a genre within the main "POP" ,
"CLASSICAL" "VIDEO" or genres. For example, "SOUNDTRACKS" or "WORLD MUSIC" are
sub-genres of the "POP" genre and "CHAMBER MUSIC" and "ORCHESTRAL" are
sub-genres of the "CLASSICAL" genre and "FOREIGN FILMS" would be a sub-genre of
"VIDEO". Refining your search will make your search faster.
"ITEM FORMAT" - Click on the arrow on the drop-down box to select the item
format. If you do not select a format, the search defaults to "ALL".
"REPORT FORMAT" - If you click on "SUBMIT NOW" you will get your search results
on your screen. If you click on "EXPORT TO EXCEL" you will get your search
results in an Excel spreadsheet to save to your hard drive.
EXCEL - Important note about saving barcodes in Excel from the Catalog Search!
At the PROMPT when you are asked whether you want to "Save the document..." or
"Open the document first" ALWAYS click the "Open..." option and then save it as
you would any document. The barcode images will not appear in the document if
you don't do this first!
SORTING & MOVING BARCODES IN EXCEL
In order to ensure that your barcodes are sorting correctly or being moved with
the specific item number you must always do the following:
1 - In Excel, select "View" on your Toolbar & click "Toolbars"
2 - Select the "Drawing" toolbar & click the Draw "Arrow" which will allow
you to select items.
3 - Highlight the entire column of Barcodes in the Excel document.
4 - Click "Format", then "Picture" on the menu. When the properties window pops
up, select the "Properties" tab.
5 - Click the "Move & size with cells" radio button and click "OK".

Considering that are so many different types of printers available there is no
way to design reports to print perfectly for all users! You will probably have
to make adjustments based on your printer's options! Here are some tips if you
are having trouble printing any of the reports available on this site.
1 - Check your "Page Setup" option on your browser! Most of these reports are
designed to be printed with the orientation set as "Landscape".
2 - Also in "Page Setup"--- check your page's Margins! Adjust them lower as
necessary until you find the right setting for your needs.
3 - Change your paper to Legal size!
4 - Check your "Font Size" settings on your browser! Go to "View" on your
browser and try increasing or decreasing the font size!
5 - Check your Printer's Properties section and use the "Scaling" or "Fit to
Page" options to adjust how the page appears when you print.

||Click on the "ITEM INQUIRY" button on your main menu to access
a single item's history. Enter the label prefix, format and catalog number in
the available fields and press the "SUBMIT" button.

What do the fields represent?
||The top half of the screen provides an overview of the item
including the catalog #, artist & title name, UPC#, CD cost, etc. The
bottom half of the screen provides information regarding the item's order
history including open orders, committed orders, etc. All fields represent the
same fields as found in the item inquiry on the AS/400.
||What is the difference between the
Catalog Search & the Item Inquiry?
||The Catalog Search accesses the entire eOne catalog and
provides extra features such as track listings and sound bites but does not
provide order history. The Item Inquiry accesses eOne'S order history as
previously found on the AS/400.
